I went into this with high expectations. The seminal, definitive book that catapulted the cyberpunk genre into popularity? I had astronomical expectations. It delivered all that and much, much more! Mind. Blowing. I was able to see where popular media like the Matrix movies and the cyberpunk games drew their inspiration from. This was the original. The one and only archetype everything else strove to emulate. And to think it was written so long ago... Truly amazing. Easily my most favourite book in the past few years! I highly recommend!
