Counts of Eight by Brynn Ford

It is well written. However, I think it is indeed too dark for me. There is very little (none) respite from the awfulness. Ezra and Anya's love is beautiful, but I don't think I can read another two books with even worse r*pe scenes and even more helplessness. And I also don't want them to have anything to do with trafficking themselves. So in my mind, they escape, they set a bomb to the Manor while all the traffickers are in it, then go to therapy and live happily ever after.
