Heartsick: Three Stories About Love and Loss, and What Happens in Between by Jessie Stephens
emotional
reflective
sad
slow-paced
I really enjoyed reading these stories of heartbreak. I was able to see myself in all of the narrators in some ways, despite not always having had the exact same experiences as them.
The way the stories were laid out in alternating perspectives really kept the pace going and kept me intrigued.
Heart Sick is definitely not a light hearted, fun read but if you're looking for something that will make you feel less alone in your grief then this is the perfect read
