Pen Pal by J.T. Geissinger
5.0
J.T. has done it again with another beautifully written twist of a haunting tale just in time for spooky season.
I've been waiting for this one for what seems like all year now and oh, was this gem worth the wait of being hewn. As everyone says I fully believe you should go in as blind as possible with this one, much like Perfect Strangers, so proceed into this review and others with caution.
From the very beginning I knew something was amiss and, if you asked my boyfriend who had a helluva time listening to me rant and theorize while I devoured this book overnight, I might have even driven myself a little crazy in the process of reading this one. That's what grief does though. And I felt that old emotion in ways I didn't know I ever could while I was reading this one.
All I can hope is that I have someone who loves me as hard as Aidan loves Kayla when it comes down to it.
I'll forever call myself one of JT's number one fans and this right here just proves why.
