Great light fluffy everyone is head over heels and friends to loves vibes. 

The buying out property to decide who can live near them gave me an ick. Very much rich white man privilege.

I’m not a fan of the climax.
It felt super gross and frustrating. I guess if that was the author’s goal then great but idk. I wish the climax wasn’t their first time having sex being posted. This is only the second time this was the climax - posted sex tape without permission and I feel the other book it “made sense” but even then I was super upset. I don’t love it as a climax bc you can’t really undo it being posted and that’s heartbreaking to me personally.
