This was a surprisingly fun and easy audiobook read. The main character Gwen becomes tangled up in the chase for a serial killer as men she's gone on dates with from the app Connector start turning up dead. Not to mention she's dealing with the collapse of a long term relationship and the fact that her best friend/roommate is getting married and moving out.

I get that frequently in thrillers that the characters have to be a little stupid/do stupid things to help the plot along. But damn Gwen was an idiot for a lot of this book. It got past the point of moving the plot along and was Gwen actively being an idiot and making herself a suspect. It rubbed me the wrong way especially since it came up multiple times that she was a big fan of a true crime podcast. But getting past my frustration I really enjoyed the book overall.
