You can say that Copra is a rehash of Suicide Squad (or more charitably, an homage) and that'd be fair. The story concept isn't tremendously new and there are points where the plot or characters are hard to follow, but what makes Copra so great is how it looks and feels. By doing every part of this comic himself, and committing to not over-polish, Michel Fiffe gives us a superhero story that pulses with life and colour and makes mainstream superhero comics look kind of dull by comparison.
