Beth is all too familiar with tragedy—living on the run in constant fear, she’s forced to pretend to be someone she’s not, a burden that makes her question what’s real. Keeping an eye on Beth is supposed to be a simple assignment for Angelo, but like everything else in his family, neither his task, her fake name, nor his feelings for her are simple. As the monsters from her past come out to play, there’s one thing Angelo is certain of: Beth is his, and whatever is coming for her will have to get through him first.

Sin Too is a thrilling story with solid pacing, plenty of character depth, and an engaging plot. This novel felt better developed compared to Mr. Sin, with more stability in characterisation. I enjoyed both FMC Beth’s and MMC Angelo’s POVs; and their romance was equal parts sweet and filthy in the best kind of way, and the dynamics and banter between characters was a real highlight. It was a treat to see returning characters from Mr. Sin, as well as some new faces in the Mazzanti family. One point that frustrated me was miscommunication between Beth and Angelo at times; it didn’t fit the characters, especially Beth, who is shown to be a good communicator despite her anxieties. Thankfully their miscommunication didn’t overwhelm the story, and fans of a good MMC grovel are sure to be satisfied with the resolution.
