The Innocent Wife by Amy Lloyd
1.0
The protagonist is insufferably weak (i.e. “if he’s yelling at me it’s because I made him mad.”). Plot points are over-the-top and unbelievable (a man who was in prison for most of his life suddenly has ridiculously high standards of dietary consumption, eating like a Men’s Health magazine model...?). The story was dull with a predictable, unsatisfying ending.
