Violet Volk is one of the best magicians of her time but disappears mysteriously mid-act at the peak of her career. How did she disappear? Where did she go? Is she still alive? These are the questions that plague her sister, Sasha, and her family for the next 10 years.
This book jumps around from POVs. We get Violet, Sasha, Newspaper Articles and of course a Podcast. The audiobook for this novel is AMAZING. Full cast of characters and keep me engaged the whole time in a way I don't think the physical book could.
While I likes the journey and mystery along the way, I really disliked the ending. I felt it was unsatisfying and a little disappointing.
