This felt like a “baby’s first horror book.” I don’t typically read horror, but I didn’t hate this book! I read it and didn’t have to stop because of the content. I did feel queasy at times because it was gross or someone was being gross. It’s a good book for anyone who wants to walk that line between weird/dark but not full on horror story. Especially because the plot is far fetched.
