Comedy Comedy Comedy Drama by Bob Odenkirk

4.0

Bob Odenkirk’s memoir is a tour through the mind of a comic writer and occasional dramatic actor. Odenkirk has always been brimming with ideas, beginning with a teenage radio show and continuing through to today, so many ideas that he doesn’t worry when his latest concept, script, show is turned away—that’s the business, he says. His book is addressed to his many fans, but also young aspirants to a career in show business. It’s a fun ride through his many projects, with a little detour into drama with ‘Breaking Bad’ and ‘Better Call Saul.’ I wished there was more of that, but like many actors, he isn’t interested in *too* much self-analysis.
