Marple - Twelve New Stories
Now I’m quite a Christie-purist but when I saw that Harper Collins were releasing new Marple stories, it definitely interested me.
Miss Marple is my favourite of all Christie’s characters (in my top 5 fav characters ever!) and I always wished there were more of her books, however, I hate it when anyone messes with the stories, take the recent Death on the Nile for instance - terrible!
When I saw some of the authors involved with these new stories I was hopeful. Val McDermid, Kate Mosse, Lucy Foley and Leigh Bardugo, just four of the talented writers creating for this book.
I went in open minded and I was pleasantly surprised. My absolute favourites were :
