Ok so I think this was my least favourite KOTLC book. I gave it 2 stars only because of Ro.
And the first book was probably my favourite. It had many, many laugh-out-loud moments which I loved about it and in Legacy it was mostly just elves talking. About the exciting stuff that should have happened when they were talking. So the was very little action and because they were just talking everything out, things got really confusing really fast. Like how was Project Moonlark connected to the Black Swan? There were also many books and the logic keeps being said in different words (that is how it was for me).
This was definitely a KOTLC failure. But I might try to re-read it later.
