SILVER IN THE WOOD is a quick, cozy, burst of brilliance. All I knew going into this was that there were queers, magic, and a wood setting. I highly recommend going into this knowing nothing but that. This book feels like a warm hug, like coming home, like drinking a cuppa whilst it rains. Emily Tesh has created a beautiful world I did not want to leave, characters I wholeheartedly adore, and a relationship I am still rooting for.
