Livia Lone is a force of nature in this part of the story. She's the punisher here, perhaps a tiny version of it but still an unbreakable superhero.

I'm unsure why she's such a pleasant character compared to Rain. There's no balance of force in her just like there's no balance in Rain or Dox. But unlike the other comparable heroes, she has a purpose.

Small unpleasant details like the presence of remote demigods helping both sides of the story can be accepted without much thought.
