Wicked All Night by Jeaniene Frost

5.0

In the final installment of the Night Rebel series Veritas and Ian are taken out of this world -- literally. After defeating Dagon, the amount of power needed to kill him had consequences. Now they have to trust a deity named Phanes. But they have to be careful who they trust. And they're going to have to travel through multiple dimensions (including hell) to finally defeat all of their enemies.

Another fabulous book from the Night Rebel series. Such a strong finish.

I can't get over how much action, adventure, and rich world building there is in this series. I loved that Frost took us (along with the MC's) to even more new places. We get to travel to Phanes' world which is (on the surface) a paradise. But as the layers are peeled away, we see the horrors of his world.

And then we get to travel to the depths of hell with our MC's too!

The visuals for this book (and series) are phenomenal. I can picture everything like I'm right there. It's such a wild adventure.

Overall it's a fabulous finish to the series. I'm sad the series is over. I could honestly enjoy many more books featuring these two. But I'm glad they are firmly HEA and have made great strides when it comes to the various paranormal politics and whatnot going on too.

Highly recommend this series! I'd encourage you to read the Night Huntress books first (and perhaps the Night Prince books too). Jeanniene Frost has a reading order for the whole world on her website I'd recommend. They are much richer and more interesting when you read them in order.
