Another amazing book from Amanda Montell! After enjoying Cultish, I knew I had to listen to Wordslut, and I was not disappointed.

The book features a lot of language that many will consider crass or harsh, but that's just the nature of the topic. Montell thoroughly examines why certain words exist, how they are used, and what result that language has on society, politics, individuals... Absolutely fascinating.
