Great follow up ! Better than the first !

I was racking my brain while reading to try to figure out why people would say the second one’s not nearly as good as the first. if anything, the writing quality went up and surely it felt like the first one was just continuing in the tone of voice and plot.

Maybe it was because I had the plot of the first book spoiled from watching the movie first, but as a work of writing, the second book does a better job hitting its own idea than the first, which was finding its legs.

Honestly, these are some fun books about a fun idea. Have fun.
