Review: 𝕭𝖆𝖉 𝕷𝖎𝖙𝖙𝖑𝖊 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖊 was one of my most anticipated books of this year and Meagan once again DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From page one I knew that Enzo Fikile was going to DESTROY me and how beautiful that destruction was. After Bass’ book in Tempting Little Thief, I was not sure how Meagan would make me fall in love with Boston and her story but the way she developed Boston’s arc and paired it with Enzo’s absolute devotion to his bride had me 100% on team Boston by the end. 𝕭𝖆𝖉 𝕷𝖎𝖙𝖙𝖑𝖊 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖊 was not the typical arranged marriage romance but it shot to the top of books I have read under this trope and I don’t think it will be going anywhere anytime soon! 

 

Meagan was able to not only tug at our heartstrings in this book but also truly show us who Boston was. Which was a feat in itself since she had so many thorns around herself after years of being compared to her twin and the Revenaw heir. I was also blown away with the way Meagan showed us the invisible and visible scars Boston carried from the constant comparison and from her one true passion - dance. This absolutely devastated me since you could feel how distraught losing dance was made her and I full stop SWOONED when we learn that Enzo was there watching her all along. 

 

Enzo on the other hand was a total book boyfriend. The man was 100% obsessed with Boston and truly loved every bit of her. I was absolutely floored with the revelations that came out in his chapters and was rooting for him from the beginning since it was so obvious that he moved his chess board to acquire one thing - the Queen. And that Queen was Boston. The shocks and surprises that Meagan gives us about Enzo after the bits we learn in Tempting Little Thief also threw me for a loop since I expected someone more resentful and oh boy was I wrong! The way he adored and supported Boston truly had me reading right up until the end and I was ecstatic with the final events in this book - that only showed how perfect he was for her. 

 

𝕭𝖆𝖉 𝕷𝖎𝖙𝖙𝖑𝖊 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖊 continues the Grayson Girls series wonderfully and left me with so many questions…like HAYZE AND BRONX!! I just know those two are going to set my heart on fire. I also cannot wait to see how the Brayshaws continue to tie into the world Meagan is creating and how to see Bass more in coming books as well as Enzo! 𝕭𝖆𝖉 𝕷𝖎𝖙𝖙𝖑𝖊 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖊 was so very much worth the wait and I am anxiously awaiting what’s to come! 

 

Rating: 10/10; I was not ready for Enzo Fickle and the utter devotion her had for his Bad Little Bride!
