The Trial and Death of Socrates (Euthyphro, Apology, Crito, Phaedo) by Plato
4.0
A great read, although I did not think a 58 page book would take so long. There's a lot to say of the way Socrates thinks and how he executes his thoughts, but what struck me the most was the language. I definitely need to read Plato's works now, just for that.
Philosophy is and will always be relevant, and I can appreciate how it shaped Socrates life and why it remains important to this day. His speech in Apology and his thoughts on law in Crito are especially thought-provoking and made me sit down and think.
