I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy

5.0

I loved this book! I really love the way it is written as it made me much more engaged in the story and emotional as events that happened. The humor was well balanced and create a stark shift for more serious moments in the book. I also related to how how religion impacted her mental health struggles, as I am ex-LDS as well and have had similar thought processes with “the Holy Ghost” and my own anxiety disorder.
