Think it’s important how much this highlights poverty and the perspective it gave.
Because of the style of the narration (of an older Demon recalling the story), it blurred the timing so it could be difficult remembering just how young Demon was supposed to be during certain segments. Thought he was a good choice in POV character.
I listened to about half of it on audio—Charlie Thurston did an excellent job bringing Demon to life!
