Not often have I gotten halfway through a book and found myself tossing it aside and saying out loud, "What a load of shit." But alas, I couldn't take the author seriously. This book tries to hard. It isn't genuine. Every sentence yells "I am a privileged white American!"

Nope, sorry. Not for me. If you want self discovery and introspection, read something else.
