Girl, Stop Apologizing: A Shame-Free Plan for Embracing and Achieving Your Goals by Rachel Hollis
4.0
loved the book... my only complaint and it isn't really one is the very end. (not the meditating part -the part before that) It felt "kum by yah" to me and if it had been that way throughout the book I would have lost my eyes from rolling into the back on my head. Fortunately that part was short. The meditating part at the end with the zen music in the back surprisingly did not bother me but that was because I believe you should count your blessings and see them visually in your head. I agree with it. Either way I surprisingly liked the book very much..... and I usually can't get through any self help non fiction book before I am bored with the repetition and the feeling of being brainwashed. I didn't feel this way at all with this book.
