For years i've avoided this series thinking: Oh, I won't like this. It's not my type of read, it's probably overated.... and blah and blah.
But here I am, finally giving it a shot and really enjoying myself!

After getting a real impression of the synopsis and finally understanding a bit of the plot, I was intrigued by this series that so many people talked about all over. I was pleasantly surprised!
The writing style was quite enjoyable and I haven't found many YA clichés as I expected them (bad luck with my last YA reads). The characters were flawed in a good way and all the clashing personalities made them really fun to read about. I'm giving this book a 4-4.5 rating for the overall enjoyement I had while reading the book
(and the fact that i read it in 3 sittings). I'm sure the series grows better and grows in complexity and I can't wait to explore more.

In short: Fun read, fast pace, cool characters, well developed world!!
