This book contains the hilarious and heartwarming tale of Bee's journey to find her mother Bernadette. The author successfully creates complex characters who are sometimes their own worst enemies, but still manage to grow and evolve. I especially enjoyed Bee's collection of evidence surrounding her mother's disappearance, which added depth to the story by sharing the perspectives of multiple characters. Definitely a must-read!
