Wow. To be honest I don't even know what to say, because the fact that I'm officially done with the Rina Kent verse is kind of tugging on my heartstrings.
I loved Eli and Ava much more than I thought I would in the beginning. I would say their book had one of the best plots in the legacy of god's series, even though in some points it did remind me of the deception trilogy, but is completely different at the same time.
While I didn't particularly like Eli in the beginning, that completely changed in the progress. I absolutely love him and I'm convinced he's in my top three legacy of god's men now. The way he did absolutely everything and anything for Ava, including putting her wellbeing above his own, whether she stabbed him or hated him, had me in schembles.
And Ava ♡. She's a sweetheart and deserved the happy ending that she got more than anything after the way she had to suffer in a way she wasn't even aware of.
Seeing how all the couple's came together and evolved till the end of God of war is bittersweet and definitely will leave a little lasting hole. Even though I'm a little bitter because we didn't get to see the other couples having kids or their weddings, I'm glad we got to see theirs and Jeremy and Cecily's.
