This is such a comprehensive, detailed guide on how to get into buy and hold real estate! I was skeptical, but it blew my mind how many layers there are to researching, rehabbing, renting, and investing in properties . It actually answered a lot of questions I had coming into it raw (e.g. how is mortgage of a property calculated, how to apply for a loan to invest in real estate, is getting an LLC needed, how to account for all of the "hidden" costs in rentals like not having tenants, repair costs, etc.) . After you read The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down , I highly recommend picking up this book to start your rental investing journey (just brace through some of the corny chapter intros and you'll be fine!)
