A fantastic end to era two! Era two started off slow to me. Still enjoyable but not on the same level as era 1. As I finished the books though it grew on me more and more culminating in this fantastic book. This elevated the entire series for me and the way it expanded the story into the larger Cosmere was fascinating and has me wanting more. Be sure to read Mistborn Secret History and The Emperor’s Soul before jumping into this book.

I also have to say that Sanderson took who was a great character in Wayne that was often the comic relief and a fun time, and made him something truly special as a character.
