The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan
5.0
“You are a good hero, Percy Jackson. Not too proud. I like that. But you have much to learn.” ~ Hestia

The Last Olympian marks the pinnacle of the Percy Jackson series, and I couldn't be more thrilled that Percabeth finally became a reality! The culmination of Percabeth was everything I remembered and more. Their chemistry and shared experiences made their bond even more special. Additionally, Nico's character development was a highlight of the book. Witnessing his growth and acceptance of himself was both heartwarming and poignant. Nico's storyline added a layer of complexity and depth to the narrative, making him a standout character in the series' conclusion.
Even on a reread, the emotional impact of Beckendorf's sacrifice hit me hard. Rick Riordan's masterful storytelling delivered a perfectly satisfying conclusion, filled with plot twists, foreshadowing, and unforgettable characters. Despite the chaos, every moment felt right, leading to a beautifully crafted ending, albeit bittersweet for some. This series remains one of my all-time favorites, a testament to Riordan's brilliance in blending mythology with modern-day adventures.
