THIS BOOK CHANGED MY LIFE. ITS BEEN LIKE A MONTH SINCE I LISTENED TO IT BUT WOWOWOWOWOW I STILL THINK ABOUT IT. Ngl the first half was pretty boring for me cause I didn’t really care about the science but when they were talking about the experiments, the scientific evidence about how lack of sleep effects you and exploring technology and sleep together WAS SO GOOD. Highly recommend to everyone, essential reading.
