Miranda Nights by Gail Ward Olmsted, Gail Ward Olmsted
4.0
This was a really solid thriller about the host of a nighttime legal talk show, Miranda Nights, who is suddenly stalked by a man who wants to teach her a lesson about the seven deadly sins. At the same time, Miranda is trying to help her best friend's son, who has been accused of a serious crime.
I didn't realize this was book two of a series, but it read it easily as a standalone. Miranda is a compelling character and the mystery/thriller was well crafted. It is an enjoyable read for mystery/thriller fans.
I received a free copy of this book from Black Rose Writing via Netgalley. My review is voluntary and the opinions expressed are my own.
