Love with a Chance of Drowning by Torre DeRoche
4.0
This is memoir about how love can push you outside of your comfort zone, but also about the importance of choosing to listen to your intuition. Think Wild but less emotionally raw and also a love story. Torre is afraid of the ocean, and decides to sail across the Pacific with a Argentinian one night stand turned boyfriend. It is inspiring to see Torre take on something that she is so afraid of and watching her grow in the process. Overall, a really enjoyable read. Would definitely recommend as a summer read or good travel book.
