What an awesome story, so deserving of 5 stars. The author takes on a journey woven in Russian folklore, as we follow a girl from birth whose purpose in life is made meaningfully stronger despite being set apart from her family and community. I am so excited to pick up book two! This type of story was just what I needed as winter fast approaches.
