This was good, but by no means my favorite romance I’ve read recently. There’s a fun edge to it with Lana and Seth’s compelling stories since they have to compete for a chance at their own column. But I couldn’t help feel like something was missing from the very beginning and I didn’t realize it until the end - we REALLY don’t know Seth.
Lana’s character development made so much sense to me! I found her mommy issues (lol) and constant drive to people please real and endearing as she worked through them. But for Seth, I wish we got to see more of his mindset from HIS lens, not Lana’s.
Putting character development aside for a min, the spicy scenes were fun and I do really love the cast of side characters for how much we got to see them. Again, FUN TIME but not my fave
