This book has been on my TBR for soooo long and I really thought I’d love it, but I just didn’t. I didn’t like these characters or their sick, co-dependent, toxic sisterly relationship. And I disliked them both for different reasons so I couldn’t, like, care about them.

Also, this isn’t a thriller or mystery. It’s not thrilling at all. There’s a little murder mentioned, but that’s it, so it’s not horror either. This is more of a family drama and while I appreciate the way the trauma within the family affected these women and how that was explored, I just didn’t like this story.
