Faithful Place by Tara French, Tara French
3.0
Tana French is very skilled. I did enjoy this book. The way she writes, she really puts you into those situations, and Frank looking back made you feel like you could see the memories.
I went into this wrong, though. I expected big, twisting, turning murder mystery, but instead it was a more domesticated, very personal account of Frank and his relationships. Everything tied nicely together, which I liked, but I'm not entirely sure but it felt...lacking? I don't know how to explain it best. Good read, though.
