really did like the whole idea of the coffin and grimbeards mystery and hidden treasure, but soemthing was just lacking in this book. not sure if it was the pacing, the climax setup, or alvin’s character in this book, but the build up and excitement just trailed off throughout the book despite the ideas being quite solid. unfortunately one of my least favourite in the series
