This is a sweet, slightly angsty second chance romance with a surprise pregnancy between a single minded hockey player who walked away 10 years ago to focus on his career and a motivated, type A, busy, business owner. 

I enjoyed so much of this book. I would have loved a little more delving into the gritty details of the past, more talking through all of the feelings…it’s good but I like the dirt…give me the tea; the trauma…but it’s a good story. I love a second chance romance where they’ve both been pining for each other for years but hurt in their own ways. This is that for sure.
