Highly recommend this graphic novel. The stories inside feel both connected and disconnected to each other--as if they are interplaying together and inform each other, while also totally able to stand alone.

In a couple, "Come Back to Me" in particular, it's as if two stories are being told in tandem. One with the text and another with the pictures. I've never read anything like that.

I think my favorite, however, was "Swan Dive." Almost disturbing, but yet gorgeous in it's imagery and storytelling.

This is exactly the type of book I like to read--ambiguous, almost mystical, that really makes you think about what story is being told. And why.
