Where Happiness Begins by Eva Eland

3.0

Eva Eland makes "happiness" an object that you feel, but don't always understand. It makes for an interesting journey discovering all the things it is and how sometimes it's not around. That's the book. Describing happiness. I don't agree with all the descriptions. I think a child would enjoy this book. I wouldn't let them think happiness hides from someone. I don't think you have to look for it as the child does in this book. That has lead many kids and adults along a fruitless path. I would have preferred Eva saying "ice cream makes me happy" rather than illustrating it with text saying "that it goes by different names".
