We Are Never Meeting in Real Life. by Samantha Irby

5.0

Sam Irby is very funny and much more original than the seemingly endless supply of memoirists on the bookstore shelves, but what really makes her such a standout is her honesty. This is not the self-deprecating, wink-wink honesty you get from most writers, but real vulnerability, the kind that makes you feel less lonely in the world. This is exactly what good writing should do, and you should read this book.
