I absolutely loved this book. I felt like the characters were well developed, the scenery was gorgeous, and the story was wonderful. I loved the added story about Ruthie, the grandmother and Spider dealing with her issues. That’s something that you don’t see very often. I was definitely transported to the beautiful Adirondacks. I would have loved to be brave enough to join the girls there. If you need an escape from everyday life read The Girls of July.
