I really wasn't into this as much as I was the first one, but I didn't think it was as bad as the other reviews here on Goodreads. In fact, I thought the main reason I didn't like it as much was because this one focused more on pop culture from the 80's that was not video games. I liked the video game references in the first book and in this book there are large chunks about John Hughes movies which I don't like (for the most part) and Prince whom I really dislike. The beginning was slow, but I did really like the end.
