Book 2! In which Story takes a ton of revenge and is found out by the guys. Loved this installment. If there had been more of the spice that we get in book 3, this would probably have been my favorite. I love that she got her revenge as well as she did, the program outing Rath’s inability to read and the tying up Killian and leaving rival house clues. Of course Killian almost immediately knew she was scheming, because he’s toxic (yet right) like that, and WOW… their revenge on her…. Yikes yikes yikes. It was actually almost nice to see an author actually give a character what she deserves, instead of some baby punishment. This book claims to be dark and measures up to that. I really liked that Story finally came clean about her past and everything, and her attempted suicide scene was also really well placed and well done.
