The first half was a little slow, but by the time I hit the midpoint the plot picked up and ended up being so interesting that I couldn't put it down after that. The finally ⅓ is some of the best mystery resolution I've ever read.
The world building is good and very immserive, and I love the intricacy of adding Lipan Apache cultural bits that really helped to make the story better.
