This was so much more than I had expected!
Klune’s writing is great, but what really makes this story, is his character work. Every single character is so genuine and with such lovely personalities that you simply have to love them. I already know I’ll be thinking about them all for a long time!

This is a heavily character based story, and while this often falls a little flat for me, I was invested from the beginning, thanks to the wonderful banter between all of them!
It’s a beautiful tale of found family and dreams! While it’s light and fluffy, Klune still managing to touch on deeper topics, like mental health and child abuse. The way these topics were relayed through a magical setting was phenomenal!.
Also, I knew this would have a MLM romance, but I was not prepared for it to be slow-burn.
The TENSION ... It’s PERFECT
