I knew I’d love Nesta’s story. I knew I’d fall even further in love with Cassian.

Nesta’s character, while frustrating at times, felt so raw. So real. So human, even when she no longer was one. The development of her emotions and internal struggles was addicting to read even when there were moments when I wanted to throw the book due to her actions.

Gwyn and Emerie’s characters were just as amazing and their friendship between themselves and Nesta were some of my favorite moments throughout the book.

Also thoroughly enjoyed all the times we got to experience with Azriel, Rhys, Feyre, Mor, and Amren.

Forever in love with the whole Inner Circle.

Unfortunately, I did end up in a reading slump for nearly three months when I was 20% of the way through this, but when I finally fought it off, I fell head first back into this story and it sucked me back in all over again.

Now I’ve finished it and wish I could experience it all again!
