I really liked this book and I think I will appreciate the series more than Percy Jackson. The plot was full of adventure so it never got boring. The only thing that I didn't like was Samirahs arranged marriage. Instead of questioning this awful custom (which is nothing more than rape sanctioned by your family) Riordan made her love Amir. Weak.
